Carry-On Baggage
Each passenger may bring:
- Two personal items: Maximum 25 lbs (12 kg) each, and dimensions of 14 x 11 x 7 inches.
- Two carry-on items: Maximum 50 lbs (23 kg) each, and dimensions of 28 x 22 x 14 inches.

Overweight Bags
Bags exceeding the weight limit must be repacked to fall below 50 lbs. Boxes are available at select staffed locations for repacking if needed.
Excess Bags
A $20 fee applies to each additional carry-on or personal item beyond the limit. A maximum of two excess bags is allowed per passenger. Fees will be collected at staffed locations or onboard if the location is unstaffed. If checked baggage service is available, you may check two bags through to your final destination at no additional charge.
Infant Items
Traveling with an infant under the age of two? You may bring an additional infant item (stroller, diaper bag, etc.) without it counting towards your carry-on or personal item limit.
Storing Items
Keep carry-on and personal items with you, stored in overhead racks, under seats, or designated storage areas. Please avoid storing items in aisles, empty seats, or areas where they could be a hazard or inconvenience to others. For buses, drivers will assist with baggage stored in the undercarriage storage bins.
Checked Baggage
Checked baggage is available at several locations and on many routes. Note that not all locations or routes offer this service, so please check beforehand.
- Ensure your baggage has an external tag with your name and address. Free ID tags are available at all staffed locations.
- Baggage must be checked in at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure.
- Allow for at least two hours of layover if you’ll be transferring between routes to ensure luggage transfer.
